304/316 Stainless Steel Certified Material
Threaded tapped balls are precision-machined stainless steel float balls featuring custom-tapped threads, fittings, and optional magnet integration for liquid level control, float valves, vacuum tanks, sump pumps, and steam traps. Available in round and oblong shapes with 304ss/316ss construction, pressure-tested reliability, and multiple finishes for industrial, food processing, chemical, and wastewater applications worldwide.

Any thread specification can be tapped into our float balls, including common sizes such as 1/4-20, 3/8-16, 1/4 NPT, 3/8 NPT, 1/2 NPT, 5/8-11 UNC, and 3/4 NPT. Larger balls (12" and 14") typically use 3/4 NPT threads, while smaller balls accommodate finer thread pitches. Custom thread specs outside these standards can also be machined to match your exact fitting requirements.
