Custom magnets are sourced and professionally assembled inside the hollow stainless steel float balls during manufacturing. The magnets interact with external reed switches or magnetic sensors to trigger level detection signals without direct fluid contact, enabling reliable and non-invasive liquid level measurement in tanks and chambers.

Round float balls are available in sizes from 1-1/2" to 14" in diameter. Oblong floats range from 2x6" up to 9x14" with various NPT and UNC thread options. Custom sizes beyond standard inventory can be manufactured to meet exact dimensional and application requirements upon request.

Yes, pressure testing equipment is available to test every float ball to custom specifications before shipment. This ensures structural integrity and leak-free performance in high-pressure industrial environments such as steam traps, chemical processing systems, and vacuum tank applications where reliability is critical.

Any thread specification can be tapped into the float balls. Common options include 1/4-20, 3/8-16, 1/4 NPT, 3/8 NPT, 1/2 NPT, 5/8-11 UNC, and 3/4 NPT. Through tube configurations are also available to fit rod diameters of 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4", along with hooks and other custom fittings.
